摘要 在油田开发过程中,H_2S腐蚀是最常见的问题之一。文章主要探讨了H_2S对潜油电泵机组腐蚀的机理、影响因素和防护措施。从电化学反应角度对腐蚀杌理进行了阐述,主要讨论了H_2S的体积分数、pH值、温度、压力和液体烃类等影响因素。提出了潜油电泵的各接头采用不锈钢、壳体采用镀层和涂层的防腐蚀措施。 Corrosion is one of common problems in the process of oil field development. The corrosion mechanisms, impact factors and protection measures of H2S corrosion on submersible electric pumping unit are studied. The corrosion mechanisms are analyzed in respect of electro - chemical reaction, and the impact factors like volumetric percentage of H2 S, pH value, temperature, pressure and liquid hydrocarbons etc are discussed. It is recommended to use stainless steel for all connections of the submersible electric pumping unit and plating.and coating for shell body.
