摘要
综述了目前含硫化氢气田的腐蚀机理、H2S/CO2共存条件下腐蚀行为、多相流腐蚀等方面的研究现状,并提出为了安全开发高含硫化氢气田,必须开展高浓度H2S和高浓度CO2体系腐蚀机理和在H2S/CO2的腐蚀环境中多相流腐蚀的研究工作,同时建立高含硫化氢环境的试验评价标准和适应高含硫气田腐蚀预测模型。
The corrosion mechanisms of steels by H2S, C02, S and O2 in sour gas reservoir, the corrosion behavior in the presence of coexisting H2S and CO2, and corrosion behavior under multiphase flow condition were reviewed. It was suggested to promote the researches on the corrosion mechanisms in atmosphere with high content of H2S/CO2 and on the corrosion behavior in multiphase fluid in the presence of H2S/CO2 so as to ensure the safty for the exploitation of the gas reservoirs with high content of sulfide. At the same time, it was also recommended to establish the standards for the screening of the material used in the gas reservoirs with high content of sulfide and the relevant models for forecasting the corrosion therein.
