摘要
为了降低火力发电厂用电率,提出了在凝结水泵采用变频调速装置的必要性。结合电厂凝结水泵改造实例,介绍了变频器的主要技术指标、系统配置、运行方式的切换及控制逻辑,并分析了改造中遇到的问题和改造后的效果,得出应用高压变频调速装置后,机组年节电约40%,并提高了设备的可靠性。
To reduce the self-power consumption of fossil fuel-fired power plants, the necessity of applying variable-frequency speed-regulating unit to condensate pump is analyzed. Based on actual retrofit examples of condensate pump, an introduction is being presented to the main technical parameters, system configuration, switchover of operation mode as well as the control logic of the frequency converter, while problems encountered during retrofit analyzed with retrofit effect described. Results show that with high- voltage variable-frequency speed-regulating unit, the power plant's self-power consumption has reduced by 40%, and the reliability of relevant equipment gets raised also.
