摘要
以某一热电厂灰渣浆泵系统为例,阐述了大功率变频调速在串级灰渣泵中的应用。简要介绍了改造前的运行情况并分析了效率低下的原因,并在比较多种改造方案的基础上采用高压变频调速装置对其进行了改造,取得了令人满意的效果。对电厂节能,减少运行维护费用,提高自动化水平,减员增效是一良好的途径。
Based on the comparison of variery project,High Volatge Frequency Converter was used to improve the ash handling system in one thermal power plant. For example, the application of frequency speed regulation in large capacity cascade slag pumps was described in this paper. It also introduced the situation before renovation and analyzed the reason of low efficiency. path to save energy, lower operation and maintenance Application results showed that it is an excellent costs, raise level of automation and eiminate unnecessary working staff for the power plant.
