摘要
目的:探讨护士绩效评价在提高护士长临床护理管理水平,有效实施护理质量控制中的作用。方法:设计并应用护士绩效评价表,在实施过程中采用定期或不定期抽查的方法,强化环节质量管理,同时不断改进绩效考核表,使其逐步完善。结果:实施护士绩效评价2年来,2006年的护理质量及住院患者满意度比2005年有明显提高,经统计学处理具有显著性差异,P<0.01;护士绩效评价各项目得分也逐年提高。结论:护士绩效评价是提高护士长管理水平,树立良好医院形象和打造优质护理品牌的一种有效管理方法。
