摘要
文中对所设计的基于柔性铰链的微动平台进行了静态刚度、弱截面处最大应力和固有频率的分析。用有限元法进行了平台的建模,仿真得出平台的静态刚度值和最大应力值与计算结果分别相差2.5%和3.1%。在实验中测试了平台的静态刚度和固有频率,也得到了理想的结果。由此可见,通过公式分析微动平台的特性具有可行性,为微动平台的特性研究提供了一种参考。
Analysis on the static rigidity, maximum stress at the place of weak section and the inherent frequency of the being designed jiggle platform based on flexible hinges was carried out in this paper. The modelling of platform was carried out by the use of finite element method. The discrepancies between value of the static rigidity and the maximum stress of the platform educed from simulation and the calculated results were respectively 2.5 % and 3.1%. The inherent frequency and static rigidity of platform have been tested in the experiment and an ideal result was gained as well. It can be seen that there exists feasibility for analyzing the characteristics of jiggle platform through formulae, thus provided a kind of reference for the characteristics research of jiggle platform.
