摘要
利用有限元分析软件NX Nastran中的面接触功能,对高速精密热装式刀具在不同的配合过盈量、不同的刀杆壁厚、不同的配合长度和不同的工作转速等条件下进行了接触变形位移和接触有效应力的计算,其计算和分析结果为HSK热装式刀具配合尺寸公差的选取和结构的优化设计提供了理论指导。
With the face to face contact analysis of FEM soft NX Nastran, the displacement and Van Mises stress of contact deforming of high & precise thermal shrink-fit cutter are calculated according to various mating interference, wall thickness of cutter holder, mating length and working speed, the results of calculating and analyzing offer theoretical guide for HSK thermal shrink-fit cutter's mating dimension tolerance and structure optimizing design.
