摘要
刀柄是高速工具系统的核心部件,其性能的优劣直接影响到刀具系统的可靠性。刀体与变幅杆之间的焊缝是刀柄的薄弱环节,容易发生疲劳失效。为了研究某型高速加工用ISO20刀柄焊缝的疲劳性能,通过常规试验方法对ISO20刀柄焊接试样进行了拉压疲劳试验。结果表明:随着最大加载载荷的降低,ISO20刀柄焊接处的疲劳寿命明显增长;当最大循环载荷降至0.15Fb时,疲劳寿命超过200万次;ISO20刀柄焊缝在应力比R=-1条件下,ΔF-N曲线的方程为lgN=11.732-5.156lgΔF。
The tool holder is the core component of the high-speed tooling system, and its performance directly affects the reliability of the tooling system.The welded connection of the tool holder body and the horn is the weak part of the tool holder, which is prone to fatigue failure.In order to investigate the fatigue behavior of welded connection of certain ISO20 tool holder for high speed machining, tensile fatigue test for ISO20 tool holder welded specimens was conducted by conventional fatigue tests.The results show that the fatigue life of ISO20 tool holder weld connection increases significantly with the decrease of the maximum load;when the maximum load is 0.15Fb,the fatigue life exceeds two million times;the equation of ΔF-N curve of ISO20 tool holder welded connection under the stress ratio R=-1 is lgN=11.732-5.156 lgΔF.
