摘要
本文主要论述了火灾对居住建筑的影响。讨论了:估价火灾危险性的主要因素,居住建筑热荷载密度的确定,建筑物耐火等效期限的估价,住宅建筑火灾危险性的分级等问题。鉴于我国目前尚无可靠的试验成果,故本文推荐了国外一般住宅中有关家俱热性能的试验数值,并结合我国现有住宅的最基本形式给出了住宅火灾危险分级的计算方法。本文提供的计算方法对建筑设计者具有一定的参考价值。
This paper studies the influence of fire disaster on residential buildings. The following are discussed: basic parameters in estimating fire risks; determination of the fire load density of this kind of buildings: estimation of fire prevention period and grade of fire risk of residential buildings. Being short of reliable experimental results available in China, some thermal behavior test data about furniture in ordinary buildings resulted from abroad are recommended, and grading and calculating method suitable for conventional buildings in this country is presented. The method offered is valuable for the designers.
