我国住房抵押贷款证券化参与主体的风险监管 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国住房抵押贷款证券化尚处于试点与推广阶段,与之相适应的配套法律、法规和市场基础设施还不完善,构建住房抵押贷款证券化风险监管体系,加强对证券化过程中参与主体的风险监管,对稳定我国宏观金融秩序、保护投资者利益、推进住房抵押贷款证券化的大规模发展具有重要现实意义。
