病毒感染的抗体依赖性增强作用的机制及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 抗体协助病毒进入靶细胞,提高感染率,这一现象就是抗体依赖性增强作用(Antibody-dependentenhancement,ADE)。抗体介导病毒感染的敏感性增强的例子已经被很多种不同病毒属的感染证明,有充分的理由相信在一方面保护免疫的诱导作用和另一方面增强敏感性的诱导作用之间存在微妙的平衡。ADE作用的存在,使常规疫苗免疫来防制这类病毒病常常难以奏效。近年来,关于病毒感染的抗体依赖性增强作用的机制研究取得了很大的进步,对有ADE现象病毒疫苗的研发具有十分重大的意义。
