摘要
通过自主研发的多点同步加载系统对1∶2的大尺度悬吊钢箱梁节段模型进行加载试验和吊索更换试验,验证西堠门大桥分体式钢箱梁的可靠性并明确其受力特点和传力机理。试验结果表明:结构在竖向荷载作用下横桥向竖向弯曲效应大于纵桥向竖向弯曲效应;77%左右的横桥向竖向弯矩由横向连接箱梁传递;底板、斜底板、横隔板交界处为结构局部受力最不利位置。
By means of the independently developed multi-point and synchronous loading system, the loading test and suspender replacement test were made for the 1:2 large scale sectional model of suspension steel box girders in order to verify the reliability of the separated steel box girders of Xihoumen Bridge and also to make definite the mechanical behavior and load transferring mechanism of the girders. The results of the tests reveal that the effect of the vertical bending transverse to the bridge under the action of vertical loading is greater than that longitudinal to the bridge. Approximately 77% of the vertical bending moment transverse to the bridge are transferred by the transverse connection box beams and the junctures among the bottom plates, slope bottom plates and diaphragms are the most unfavorable locations for local loading of the structure.
