摘要
研究了乙酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)/等规聚丙烯(iPP)体系在双螺杆共混挤出机中的相态发展过程。利用扫描电子显微镜对螺杆不同位置取出样品的分散相进行观察,并结合其界面特性、粘弹特性和松弛特性,对分散相的相态演化进行分析。研究发现共混体系的界面张力、粘弹性和松弛特性对聚合物共混加工过程中特别是共混初期熔融段的相态形成和发展有很大的影响,分散相颗粒的破裂方式也是这些因素综合作用的结果。同时发现,共混初期熔融段的相态结构对于分散相最终的尺寸也有显著影响。
The morphology development of binary blends of cellulose acetate butyrate(CAB) with isotactic polypropylene(iPP) in a twin screw extruder was experimentally investigated. The scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to observe the structure and morphology evolution of this two-component blends system along the screw with an emphasis on the effects of the viscoelastic properties, interface properties and relaxation properties of the blend components. The results showed that the initial development of the blend phase was deeply affected by the properties of interface, viscoelastic and relaxation. Similar explanations were given for the dispersed phase break-up that occurred during initial stage. It was demonstrated that the final phase dimensions were largely determined by the morphology of the initial stage.
