摘要
目的探讨钼靶X线在诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值,提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经钼靶X线诊断为乳腺癌,并经手术病理证实的65例乳腺癌病例的钼靶X线征象,探讨其X线特点。结果本组术前X线诊断与病理诊断结果一致的有61例(93.84%),乳腺癌钼靶X线直接征象包括8种肿块影像表现,出现率高者为毛刺肿块39个(63.93%),间接征象有10种。结论乳腺癌的钼靶X线征象具有特征性改变,认识其直接与间接征象可显著提高诊断准确率。
Objective To study the evaluation of the application of molybdic target rogntgenography in dignusis of breast cancer and to improve the level of radiological diagnusis for the breast cancer. Methods The mammograms of the 65 caseds ofthe breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively and the reulsts were compared with that of pathology. Results There were coincident results of 61 （93.84%） cases in pre-operative roentgenographic diagnosis compared with post-operative pathology.Tbere were 8 kinds of mass as the direct radiologigal featrures and the indirect features were the kinds, the must distinctive was thorn contour in 39 cases. Conclusion There were obvious characteristics of molybdic target roentgenography of the breasr cancer and it will be advantageous to improve the accurate ration Of diagnosis for breast cancer.
