摘要
目的 :探讨钼靶摄影在乳腺肿瘤样疾病中的诊断价值及乳腺疾病 X线征象的临床价值。方法 :收集我院乳腺肿瘤样疾病 88例 (病灶 1 0 6个 ) ,均为女性。采用 GE公司乳腺机 80 0 T进行摄影 ,所有病例均经手术或活检病理证实。结果 :钼靶摄影对乳腺良恶性疾病诊断符合率为 93 .1 8% ,灵敏性为 93 .0 2 % ,特异性为 93 .3 3 %。结论 :钼靶摄影是乳腺疾病的首选检查方法 ,综合分析乳腺疾病 X线征象对乳腺良恶性疾病鉴别具有很高的诊断价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of molybdenum target photography in the diagnosis of breast phymatoid disease and the clinic value of X-ray characteristic. Methods: 88 cases who were female patients with breast phymatoid disease were collected (106 foci). All of them were scanned photographed by GE 800T galactophore device. All cases were proved by surgery or pathology. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of benigh and malignant breast phymatoid disease with the molybdenum target photography was 93.18%, the sensitivity of that was 93.02%, the specificity of that was 93.33%. Conclusion: Molybdenum target photography is a firstly selected examination method. The synthesizing X-ray characteristic of breast disease is proved with great diagnostic value in the different diagnosis of benign and malignant breast phymatoid disease.
