摘要 1996年 12月对养殖的美国红鱼采用注射秋水仙碱方法 ,取其肾脏直接进行染色体制片 ,镜检得 :美国红鱼染色体数目为 4 8条 ,全部是端部着丝点染色体 ,其核型公式是 2 n=4 8t,臂数 NF=4 8。 Study on karyotype in the red drum Sciaenops ocellatus from a farm in Qingdao was carried out in December,1996. Samples for chromosome study were prepared as following steps: after hours of being injected with colchicine according to the weight of live fishes,kidney tissues of which were fetched out and treated with 0.075 mol/l KCl solution, then fixed in a mixture of 3∶1 methanol and acetic acid . The chromosome spreads were finally obtained by routine air-dried and stained with Giemsa. Observation of chromosome spreads under the microscope showed that there are 48 acrocentric chromosomes in diploid red drum and its karyotype formula is 2n=48t, NF=48.
