摘要
建立顶空进样气相色谱法测定克林霉素磷酸酯中残留三氯甲烷、1，2-二氯乙烷的方法。结果表明三氯甲烷的线性范围为0．10028～0．722016μg／mL，r=0．99954，回收率为100．7％，RSD=1．96％（n=3）。1，2-二氯乙烷的线性范围为0．01008-0．1008μg／mL，r=0．99976，回收率=99．99％，RSD=3．32％（n=3）。三氯甲烷与1，2-二氯乙烷的分离度为R=1．081。方法简单、准确。
Built up the method by GC and headspace to measure the Chloroform and 1,2-ethylidene chloride in Clindamycin phosphate.The result indicates the linear range of Chloroform is from 0.10028 μg/mL to 0.722016 μ g/ mL,r=0.99954,the recovery rate=100.7%,and RSD=1.96%（n=3）,and the linear range of 1,2-ethylidene chloride is from 0.01008 μg/mL to 0.1008 μ g/mL,r=0.99976,the recovery rate=99.99%,and RSD=3.32%（n=3）.The resolving power between Chloroform and 1,2-ethylidene chloridene is 1.081 .It is easy to operate this method and the result is accurate.
