摘要
建立顶空进样气相色谱法测定克林霉素磷酸酯中残留三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷的方法。结果表明三氯甲烷的线性范围为0.10028~0.722016μg/mL,r=0.99954,回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.96%(n=3)。1,2-二氯乙烷的线性范围为0.01008-0.1008μg/mL,r=0.99976,回收率=99.99%,RSD=3.32%(n=3)。三氯甲烷与1,2-二氯乙烷的分离度为R=1.081。方法简单、准确。
Built up the method by GC and headspace to measure the Chloroform and 1,2-ethylidene chloride in Clindamycin phosphate.The result indicates the linear range of Chloroform is from 0.10028 μg/mL to 0.722016 μ g/ mL,r=0.99954,the recovery rate=100.7%,and RSD=1.96%(n=3),and the linear range of 1,2-ethylidene chloride is from 0.01008 μg/mL to 0.1008 μ g/mL,r=0.99976,the recovery rate=99.99%,and RSD=3.32%(n=3).The resolving power between Chloroform and 1,2-ethylidene chloridene is 1.081 .It is easy to operate this method and the result is accurate.
