摘要
在建立干旱综合评价指标体系的基础上利用模糊物元和欧氏贴近度理论,构建了基于欧式贴近度的干旱等级评价模糊物元模型并应用于济南市干旱评价研究。结果表明,运用模糊物元模型评价区域干旱状况方法可行、可靠,为评价干旱等级提供了一种考虑多因素的综合方法,具有应用价值和现实意义,可供借鉴。
On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index system of drought and in combination with the concept of fuzzy matter-element and Euclid approach degree, a fuzzy matter-element model for the evaluation of drought rating is constructed. The fuzzy matter-element model is applied to the drought rating in Jinan city. Results show that the method of evaluating regional drought conditions by the fuzzy matter-element model is feasible and the conclusion is reliable, thereby a comprehensive evaluation method with the consideration of multifactor is provided for drought.
