摘要
对当前几种常用的基于降水量的干旱指标的优点和不足作了比较与分析,结合非参数统计方法和游程理论提出了一种新的干旱指标,与其它几种指标相比,具有适应面广、使用灵活、便于不同地区的统计分析、便于定量等特点。
According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used precipitation-based drought index this paper presents the nonparametric estimation method and wandering analysis theory to study the regional drought index. As compared with the traditional methods it can be found that the proposed algorithm is more applicable and flexible and is easy to analyze precipitation-based drought index.
