摘要
以不同浓度地木耳提取物浸种处理小麦,研究对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:地木耳提取物浸种后小麦种子发芽率提高,幼苗的根长、株高和干重增加,根冠比增大;叶片中叶绿素的含量增加,α-淀粉酶活性、幼苗根系活力增强。
The seeds of wheat were treated by different concentrations of water extraction of Nostoc commune . The biological activities of the extractions were measured according to the seeds germination velocity and growth rate.
