摘要
安徽省野生蔬菜资源极为丰富。据初步统计，全省现有习见野生蔬菜共８５科２１１属３８３种。本文重点论述我省野生蔬菜资源的种类与分布，介绍野生蔬菜的利用价值，并阐述充分合理开发利用我省野生蔬菜资源的有效途径。
Anhui lies between 29°and 34°with a total area of over 139,000km2.It is an important agricultural province and is rich in wild vegetable resource。The resource involves 85 familles,211 genera and 383 species,including 215 higher plant species,166 wild edible fungi species,1 alga species and 1 lichen species.The important families include Osmundaceae,Pteridiaceae,Labiatae,Cruciferae,Fabaceae,Umbelliferae,Gramineae,Boletaceae,Compositae,Liliaceae,Russulaceae,Tricholomataceae.The geographical distribution and utilization of wild vegetable resource are given in the present paper.The effective measures for better cxploring and utilizing the resource are also discused.
