摘要
目的探讨青海不同产地藏木香药材中异土木香内酯含量的测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法对藏木香的有效成分异土木香内酯进行含量测定,并进行了方法学研究。结果异土木香内酯在0.2～1.0mg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.89%,RSD为0.97%(n=6)。结论青海互助产藏木香中的异土木香内酯含量较高,互助产野生品略高于该地区的栽培品。
Objective To determine the contents of isoalantolactone in different area Inula helenium I. Methods To determine the contents of Inula helenium derived from different area of Qinghai by GC . Results Isoalantolactone has a lineal relation in the concentration of 0.2 - 1.0mg · mL^-1, the average recoveries were 98.89% ,with RSD 1.05% （n =6）. Condusion The highest content of Inula helenium I grown in Huzhu county, Qinghai province, and the content of wild is higher than that of Artificial planted.
