摘要
目的:建立蒙药清血八味散中异土木香内酯和土木香内酯含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液(60∶40),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为194 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:异土木香内酯进样量在0.05~0.25μg、土木香内酯进样量在0.03~0.15μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为异土木香内酯98.9%,RSD 1.65%;土木香内酯99%,RSD 0.62%。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确、重复性好,可用于作为清血八味散中异土木香内酯和土木香内酯的含量测定。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of isoalantolactone and alantolactone in Bawei Qingxue power by HPLC. Method : We determined the isoalantolactone and alantolactone in Bawei Qingxue power by HPLC on the chromatographic column of Diamonsil Cla ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ) and with Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid ( 60 : 40, v/v ) as a mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detective wavelength was 194 nm, and the temperature of the column was 30 ℃ . Result : The obvious linear relationship was between the input mass of isoalantolactone and alantolactone as reference substance ranging from 0.05 μg to 0.25 μg and from 0.03 μ g to 0.15 μ g. The average recovery of isoalantolactone was 98.9%, RSD 1.65% and the average recovery of alantolactone was 99%, RSD 0.62%. Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid, accurate and possesses good reproducibility. It can be used for determining the content of isoalantolactone and alantolactone in Mongolian medicine Bawei Qingxue power.
