2型糖尿病及其慢性并发症防治中的血糖“陷阱”

摘要
DCCT、UKPDS的研究结果说明良好的血糖控制是预防糖尿病微血管并发症的关键，DCCT／EDIC的研究发现强化血糖控制10年后对大血管病变有防治作用。DCCT／EDIC研究使“代谢记忆”的概念受到广泛关注，因此给人一种印象是针对高血糖要不惜一切代价，采用目前能够使用的降糖手段，避免不良的“代谢记忆”，以实现血糖控制的正常化，减少糖尿病并发症。
