摘要
针对目前我国锅炉膜式水冷壁用扁钢生产存在的问题,运用弹塑性有限元法,基于扁钢精密轧制机的物理模型进行三维有限元建模,并采用适当的加载和约束条件,对其双道次精密轧制过程做出了成功的模拟仿真。详细分析了各种轧制条件如轧件厚度、宽度、辊径、压下率等的变化对轧制过程中受力情况的影响。仿真分析结果为精整装备的设计、生产工艺的改进、工艺参数的优化提供了理论基础。
According to the problems of flat steel used in membrane water wall boiler,rolling process of flat steel with double-pass was simulated based on the physical model of finishing machine and three dimensional elastoplastic FEM. All kinds of rolling factors such as thickness of work piece ,width,diameter of roller,reduction rate were analyzed by the effect to the rolling force. The results can provide theoretical basis for the design of equipment,improvement of production technology and optimization of technological parameters.
