摘要
介绍了一种新型数控镜片加工设备,分析了镜片加工原理,并对其加工过程进行了仿真。对数控镜片切割机的总体设计方案作了说明的同时,着重对该设备工作台部分进行了分析。该设备设计思路新颖,它打破了传统的砂轮磨削镜片思维,以割代磨,加速了加工镜片设备的数字化,提高了企业市场竞争力。
It introduced a new NC lens processing equipment.It analysis the principle of the lens processing: and simulate the process. It gave an explanation to the overall design programme of NC lens cutting machine: at the same time: focued on the table which were analyzed. The design of new equipment: had broken the traditional grinding wheel lens ,replaced the grinding by cutting: accelerated the processing of the lenses of digital equipment and improved the market competitiveness of enterprises.
