摘要
介绍了一台适用于非球面镜片加工的数控光学加工机床———数控铣磨机(XM-50)。首先对非球面铣磨机的要求和机械结构的设计以及非球面铣磨机的数控系统的主要特点进行了介绍。然后重点阐述了非球面铣磨机的数控加工算法模块的研制与开发。该数控加工算法模块运用了双圆弧拟合算法,在求解时则采用了结合下降算法(一维直线搜索法)的、具有全局收敛性的牛顿法来求解非线性方程组,该方法为等误差的局部坐标法离散曲线提供了数学保证。最后介绍了用此算法模块软件输出的数控加工程序在铣磨机上对镜片进行的实际切削加工试验。
One CNC machine tool-mill grinding machine tool ( XM -50) , which is suitable for the manufacture of the optical aspheric parts, was introduced. The specifications was discussed and the computer numerical control system of the machine was introduced. The research and development of the tool path algorithm model was emphasized. The bi_ arc fitting algorithm was used to produce the aspheric lens in high quality. An algorithm with overall convergence combined Newton' s iteration method with descend method (one dimension linear searching method) was used to get the roots of nonlinear equations, which provides mathematics guarantees for separating curve by local coordinate method with equal error. At the end, by using the NC program outputted from the algorithm model, a practical cutting experiment was realized on the machine tool.
