摘要
目的为了使颏下血管蒂岛状皮瓣广泛地应用于修复面部组织缺损。方法在３４侧成人头颈标本上，对颏下区的血液供应和神经分布进行观察。结果颏下动脉起自面动脉，距其起点５．４ｃｍ±０．３ｃｍ处发出。起始端外径２．０ｃｍ±０．３ｍｍ。颏下动脉有２条静脉相伴行，注入面静脉。以面－颏下血管为蒂，可设计成颏下皮瓣、肌皮瓣和骨皮瓣。皮瓣的感觉神经为颈皮神经。结论皮瓣血管蒂长６．５ｃｍ±０．５ｃｍ，毗邻口腔颌面部，便于旋转，可修复面部下２／３及口腔内的组织缺损，且具有色泽与外形较好等优点。
Objective To investigate the wide application of the submental island flap to repairing soft tissue defects of homolateral face and mouth. Method 34 sides on adult head and neck specimens were chosen to survey the blood supply and nerve innervation of the submental flap. Results The submental artery spread out at a 54 mm±03 mm distance from the origin of facial artery, accompanied by two veins, and its diameter was 20 cm±03 cm. The flap pedicled with the facialsubmental vessels was used as a cutaneous, musculocutaneous or osteocutaneous flap. The sensory nerve of it was the cutaneous cervical nerve. Conclusions The flap had a longer pedicle and rotated freely around the face and mouth so as to repair soft tissue defects of the lower twothirds of homolateral face and mouth.
