摘要
通过大量的用户问卷、网站调查与专家走访发现,湖南区域图书馆联合在线咨询目前存在着宣传普及度不足、标准化与规范化建设薄弱、系统功能单一、栏目稀少以及文献传递力量不够、知识服务力度薄弱等问题。应当加大宣传力度、明确工作规范、拓宽系统功能、完善知识建库、重视创新服务、加大财政投入,促进联合在线咨询的完善与发展。
Through large numbers of users questionnaire, website investigation and interviewing with experts, we find there exist many problems about the joint online consultation of Hunan libraries, including the lack of sufficient propaganda, the weak construction of standardization and normalization, the single system function, the scarce and insufficient delivery strength of literature, short of knowledge services and so on. Therefore, we should increase propaganda strength, make clear the work standards, broaden the system function, improve the knowledge library, attach importance to innovative services and add financial investment, so that the joint online consultation can be developed and improved.
