摘要
方法服务于目的,且因目的的不同而不同。高职院校法律案例教学服务于高职院校的培养目标,且有着与普通高校迥然不同的教学特色。因此,高职院校法律案例教学不能照搬普通高校法学院的案例教学法,而应该是以法律理论讲述为主,同时运用大量案例帮助学生理解、掌握、运用法律原理。在运用案例教学时,必须注重案例的恰当选择、案例的灵活运用和案例运用手段的创新,把法律理论放在一定的具体案例、生活环境、文化环境甚至艺术环境中进行讲解。
The methods serve for the aims and vary according to the aims. The legal case teaching varies from high vocational college to ordinary college. As to vocational college, the most important thing of legal case teaching is the impression of legal theory. On the other hand, a lot of legal cases should be used to help students to understand and grasp and apply what they have studied . when we use the teaching method of case teaching , we must pay more attention to the election of cases , the flexibility of application and creation of application. We must study legal theory by a certain case .
