摘要
概述减压贮藏的原理和特点,及其在果蔬保鲜中的应用研究进展,并分析了减压贮藏目前存在的问题,展望了其研究前景。
The principle and characteristics of hypobaric storage are introduced in this paper, and the application research development of hypobaric storage in fruits and vegetable is stated as well. Some problems on it at present were discussed in this article, and a research prospect were given on it.
