摘要 为确定不同开采设备条件下的露天矿合理台阶高度,通过试验研究建立了台阶高度与穿孔、爆破、铲装、运输、修养路、损失贫化、边帮结构、新水平准备之间关系的数学模型,并结合高台阶开采工艺,建立了矿山开采系统中的境界自动生成、模拟开采、生产剥采比优化、合理台阶高度决策数学模型,在此基础上,编制了确定台阶高度优化软件。利用该软件进行的南芬露天铁矿台阶高度优化表明,在采用该矿大型开采设备的情况下,采用18m高度台阶开采是合理的,技术、经济效益显著。 To determining the rational bench height of open-pit mines under the different mining equipment conditions,a mathematical model was established through experimental research which describes the relationship of bench height with drilling,blasting loading haulage,road maintenance,loss and dilution,slope and wall structure and new level preparation.Also established were,mathematical models,in combination with the high bench mining technology,for the automatic boundry generation in mining system,mining simulation,optimization of stripping ratio in production and decision of rational bench height.On this basis,a software for bench height optimization was developed.The bench height optimization of Nanfen Iron Open-pit Mine using the above software has shown that,under the condition of the large mining equipment used,18 m high bench mining is rational and can have remarkable effects both in technology and in economy.
