计算机辅助下的露天矿山最终境界简易优化方法

摘要 对于无法获得详细钻孔数据或取样点坐标等信息而不能创建三维地质矿床模型的露天矿床而言,其最终境界的确定方法多采用效率低下的手工法,针对于此提出了计算机辅助下的露天矿山最终境界的简易快速优化方法。首先根据勘探剖面和地形等高线分别创建矿体实体模型和地表模型,创建矿床块体模型并采用实体约束方式对矿体赋平均品位值、对矿岩赋密度等参数值,然后根据收集到的经济参数、几何约束等参数采用售价折扣等方式获得一系列境界方案,统计计算系列境界之间的境界剥采比并与经济合理剥采比对比确定矿山最终境界。该法具有直观、快捷、易于修改等优点,非常适合于勘探信息不完整的矿山前期方案研究阶段的境界优化分析。 The optimization method of final limit in some surface mines that can not get detailed drill data and sam- pling point coordinate so that unable create geological deposit model often use inefficiency manual method, in allu- sion to this problem, the simple and quick optimization method was proposed. On the basis of geological section map and surface contour line, ore body solid and terrain model was created. The deposit block model was built and giving average grade and density parameter to it. After collecting economic and geometric constraint parameter, a series pits were generated form price discount. The ore and rock amount of these pits were counted, and then, stripping ratio of limit was calculated too, at last, the final limit was confirmed. The optimization method have man- y advantages, for example intuitive, rapid and easy to modify and so on, it is very fit for project s prophase scheme research stage.
