摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流促进人急性创面愈合的机制。方法:应用负压封闭引流法和换药法各治疗10例急性创面,于治疗的0、1、3、5、7d采集创面肉芽组织和渗出液,应用免疫组化、ELISA法和Image Pro Plus 5.0软件系统检测和分析TGF-β1的动态变化。结果:负压组细胞因子的表达量多于换药组。负压封闭引流治疗前创面细胞因子的表达在较低水平,治疗后d5 TGF-β1含量达到峰值,随后表达量逐渐减少,d7仍高于治疗前水平。结论:负压封闭引流促进创面愈合可能与TGF-β1的表达量增多有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of vacuum sealing drainage to accelerate healing of human acute wounds. Methods: 10 cases of human acute wounds were treated respectively by vacuum sealing drainage and common gauze dressing. Granulation tissue specimens were cut and transudates were drawn from the wound bed at day 0,1,3,5 and 7. The immunohistochemistry and ELISA methods were applied to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and the results were analyzed by Image Pro Plus 5.0 software system. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 in the experimental group was more than in the control group. The contents of this cytokine in a low level before using vacuum sealing drainage. At day 5 the expression of TGF-β1 got to the peak. The contents decreased since then, but sustained in a high level at day 7. Conclusions: Vacuum sealing drainage can promote the healing of wounds maybe due to it can increase the expression of TGF-β1.
