摘要
校本培训是农村教师专业发展的重要途径。农村教师校本培训随着具体培训实践的展开,存在的主要问题有经费短缺、农村教师的主体意识不够、培训体系实效性不高、培训部门体系缺乏协调统一。改进这些问题的对策是政府加大培训经费的投入、激励教师培训的积极性、办农村特色校本培训、突出校本培训的开放性、创造良好校本培训环境。
School-based training is an important way for teacher＇s professional development in rural areas. school-based training for teachers has started in rural areas, and the relevant theoretical research also has made considerable progress and development. In these papers the writer, we reviews of the characteristics and the problems and the solution school-based training for rural teachers, reflect some existing problems.
