广州珠江新城西塔主塔楼环向预应力拉索施工技术

摘要 广州珠江新城西塔主塔楼外筒采用新型斜交网格柱体系,为改善结构整体受力性能,在外筒节点层处设置闭合的环向预应力索箍。考虑到环向预应力拉索体系具有索体较重、索长较长、索力较大、布置位置较高等特点和难点,确定了适合本工程的预应力拉索总体施工流程,介绍拉索安装和张拉的技术要点,并重点提出拉索张拉的基本原则、顺序和索力控制程序等。实践结果证明本施工方案的可行性。 The new-type structural system of skew intersection gridding columns is adopted in the main tower of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower. In order to improve integral mechanical behavior of the structure, the closed hoop prestressed cables are installed on the joint layers of outer tube structure. Considering the characteristics of the prestressed cable system, such as heavy weight, long length, large cable force, high position, and so on, the general construction procedure of prestressed cables suitable for the project is presented. The key construction technology for cable installation and tension is also proposed. Furthermore, the basic principle of cable tension, tension order, and control program of cable force are put forward. Eventually, the result of construction practice proves that the construction scheme is feasible.
