摘要
提出了一种新型结构的多管式环流反应器,对于空气-水体系,在每个上升管气速为0~0.16m/s和管径比Dd/Dr=0.3~1.0范围内,研究了两个上升管气速及不同管径比时上升管气含率的变化规律,同时研究了分离箱中静液高及分离箱结构参数与下降管气含率之间的关系。
A new type of multitubes airlift loop reactor has been developed,which consists of four vertical tubes and gasliquid separator,forming two loop path.A gas sparger is located at the bottom of each of two alternate tubes,and during operation,gas is introduced into the reactor through these two spargers.Experimental study was conducted through a wide range of operating variables (Ug1=0~0.16 m/s)and the structure variables (the ratio of diameter of a downcome to riser 0.33~1.0,the height of stability liquid in the separator and it′s parameter M defined by us),completed with measurements of gas holdup in these tubes.The model equation of gas holdup in the riser was put forward within a bubble region:E1=aUbg1cUg3.
