摘要
采用固相反应法合成了掺杂三价铽离子的邻苯二甲酸锌发光材料,测定了其晶体结构、发射光谱和激发光谱.研究了发光强度和发射带及激发带的半宽度与铽离子浓度的关系.提出了从邻苯二甲酸根π,π和n,π*态到Tb3+离子5D4能级的能量传递过程有两个途径:(1)由S1π,π*态直接传递到Tb3+离子5Hi能级,然后经过无辐射跃迁弛豫到5D3能级,再转移给乃T1π,π*态,最后传递到5D4能级;(2)由S1π,π*和Sin,π*态经系间跨越衰减到T1π,π*和T1n,π*态,然后再传递到Tb3+离子的5D4能级.
The Tb3+-doped zinc phthalate (Znpht:Tb) phosphor was prepared by the solid phase reaction of zinc oxide and phthalic anhydride in the saturated water vapor at 80-100℃. The crystal structure, emission and excitation spectra were determined. The dependence of the fluorescent spectrum properties on the Tb3+ ion concentration was investigated. The energy transfer mechanism from π, π* and n, π* excited states of Pht2- radical to 5D4 energy level of Tb3+ ion was revealed. (1)S1(π,π*, n, π*) → (5Hj,5 Lj) →5D3, → T1(π, π*, n,π*) →5H4; (2) S1(π,π*, n,π*) → T1(π,π*,n, π*) ─5H4.
