摘要
本文提出了一种基于ZigBee无线通信技术的红外线转速检测方案,以便实时、准确地测量机械设备转子的转速。该设计方案由ZigBee无线通信模块、转速测量模块和监控设备3部分构成。文中主要介绍了各组成部分的硬件设计与红外线测速软件设计。实际测试表明,该转速检测方案不仅能保证检测的实时性、准确性,并且对低转速和高转速的测量具有很强的适应性。
In this paper, an infrared rotational speed detection solution is proposed, which is based on ZigBee wireless communication technology. In this way, real-time and accurate measurement of the mechanical rotor speed can be achieved. The design contains three parts: the ZigBee wireless communication modules, speed measurement modules and monitoring equipment module. The article mainly introduces the hardware design of components and infrared speed measuring software design. The actual tests showed that the program of speed detecting will not only guarantee real-time and accurate detection, but also highly adapt to low-speed and high-speed measurements.
