摘要
结合氯氢处理工艺的特点,分析正常生产、异常状态下、事故状态下和变更后的生产过程控制中存在的主要难点,并提出相应的解决办法。
Combined with the characteristics of chlorine and hydrogen treatment process,the main difficuhies in production control under normal conditions, under abnormal conditions and under accident conditions are analyzed as well as the main difficulties in the changed production control. The corresponding solutions are put forward.
