摘要
根据氯乙烯合成工段的现有装置 ,对其主要设备的工艺计算与校核 ,并重点从原料的质量、装置、工艺、工序控制等现状出发 ,探讨了氯乙烯合成工段增产、提质、降耗的潜力 ,进而提出了对现有装置、工艺。
According to technological calculation and collation to the existing equipments and capacity in VCM-synthesis section of our company,especially status quo of the raw material quality,equipments,technology and procedure control,we made inqui ries about potentialities in production-increasing,quality-improving and consumption-decreasing,and then put forward a tentative idea to optimize and consummate the exsiting equipments,technology and procedure control.
