摘要
对生产微通道板和光学纤维面板的自动压力机存在的液压系统空行程不能自动行走以及工进加压开始时压力超调过大的问题进行了分析,通过反复的实验找到了实现自动行走和减小压力超调的方法,制定并实施了对该液压设备加压控制方式的改进方案。该改进方案解决了生产实际中存在的问题,提高了生产效率和产品质量。
The problems that the hydraulic system could not move automatically and the pressure overshooting was too high at the beginning of pressure feed for the automatic press for producing microchannel plate and fiber optic plate were analyzed. The methods to realize the automatic move of the press and reduce the pressure overshooting were found. The improvement schemes of the press modes were presented and implemented in the press, and the productivity and product quality were improved.
