摘要
开展多学科的研究是当今科学研究的标志性特点,它促进了科学研究向纵深发展,美国研究型大学在这方面走在了世界的前面。从组织的视角来研究美国大学的多学科研究发现,近年来,诸多美国研究型大学突破传统的部门和学科专业的界限,纷纷成立多学科研究中心和机构,利用"种子资助金"、"群招募"等策略,基于资源的合理配置和最佳使用的原则开展多学科研究工作并取得了成效。
Multidisciplinary research is the hallmark characteristic of today＇s scientific research, it has promoted scientific research to deeply develop, and American research universities are ahead of the world in this area. In recent years, a number of American research universities have broken through the boundaries of traditional departments and disciplines and established multidisciplinary research centers and institutes. With the strategies of ＂seed funding＂ and ＂faculty recruitment＂ and so on, and based on the reasonable adjustment and efficient utilization of resources, they achieved remarkable results on the multidisciplinary research.
