摘要
本文报告79例肝癌行HAI和PVI，85根外置普通硅胶管的改进。平均留管246天，最长453天，94％（80／85）完成化疗全程。认为导管免除冲洗、不易阻塞、保存期长、经济实用，明显优于皮下埋入式输入泵。
79 cases with hepatic cancer were treated by HAI and PVI. 85 pieces of silicagel tube were placed transabdominally by improved method. The average tube retention period was 246 days to 453 days for the longest. 94% (80/85) of cases had their chemotherapeutic course completed. The improved method of intubation has the advantages of non- irrigation,well patency,long retention period,practical,economical and better as compared with subcutaneous implantable pump system.
