摘要
本文总结了9例低位直肠癌行拖出式结肠肛管吻合术患者的护理经验，包括心理护理、使用引流管和导尿管的护理、外置结肠的护理、吻合口狭窄的预防以及排便失控的护理等方面。9例中．直肠腺癌7例，黏液腺癌2例，肿瘤下缘距肛门5～7cm。全组无手术死亡，无外置结肠坏死，无吻合口漏。术后尿路感染2例，经对症治疗获愈。认为高质量护理配合，是确保手术治疗效果．预防并发症．提高患者生活质量的重要环节。
The nursing experiences on the 9 patients who had undergone pull-through colo-anal anastomasis in the treatment of low rectal carcinoma were summarized, including the experiences such as psycho-nursing,on using drainage tube and catheter,on colon-segment pull-through,prevention of anastomotic stricture,as well on acathexia,etc. Of these cases,7 cases had rectal adenocarcinoma,2 had mucinous adenocarcinoma,and the inferior border of these adenocarcinomata were 5-7cm near the anus. As results,there was no surgical death, no colonic necrosis in the pulled-through part,and no anastomotic leakage. Postoperative urinary tract infection was noticed in 2 cases who were cured after symptomatic treatment. It is suggested that high-qualitative nursing plays an important role in ensuring the operative effect, preventing complications and enhancing patients＇ life quality.
