摘要
[目的]探讨髌股关节骨关节炎的有效治疗途径。[方法]髌股关节骨关节炎166例,随机分为治疗组89例和对照组77例,治疗组给予关节内注射施沛特结合关节周围痛点中药注射,对照组单纯给予关节内注射施沛特。[结果]对照组完全缓解11例,部分缓解31例,轻度缓解20例,无缓解15例,缓解率80.5%;治疗组完全缓解15例,部分缓解41例,轻度缓解27例,无缓解6例,缓解率93.2%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]关节内注射施沛特治疗髌股关节骨关节炎作用效果显著。
[Objective] To explore the cure effect of injecting Sofast in joint combined with TCM injection of pain spots around joint on pateltofemorat osteoarthritis. [Method] Randomly divide 166 cases into treatment group 89 and control one 77;the first group was administered by injecting Sofast in joint combined with TCM injection of pain spots around joint, the other group only injecting Sofast in joint. Make comparison on cure effect. [Result] In control group, 11 cases were relieved, 31 partly relieved, 20 slightly relieved, 15 had no change, the relieving rate was 80.5%;while they were 15,41,27,6 and 93.2% respectively for treatment group,markedly better than control one（P〈0.05）;so was the speed of pain relieving degree. [Conclusion] The said method has obvious function on patetlofemoral osteoarthritis.
