摘要
目的:研究糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学改变。方法:利用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测42例(84只眼)正常人和38例(76只眼)糖尿病患者的视网膜中央动脉。结果:糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs),舒张末期峰值血流速度(Vd)显著降低,阻力指数(RI)显著升高。结论:糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流速度降低,微循环阻力增加,引起血流灌注不良,彩色多普勒超声是评价糖尿病患者视网膜病变时视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学变化的有效方法。
Objective：To study the hemodynamies change of central artery of retina of diabetic.Methods：42 normal cases （84 eyes）and 38 cases with central artery of retina of diabetes （76 eyes） were detected by color Doppler diasonograph.Resuits：The systtole peak value blood flow rate（Vs） of central artery of retina of diabetic, and diastasis peak value blood flow rate（Vd） reduced obviously,the drag index increased obviously. Conclusion：The blood flow rate in central artery of retina of diabetic reduee,microcirculation drag increase, which lead to blood current infusion being poor ,color Doppler ultra- sound is an effective measure,which evaluate the hemodynamics change central artery of retina when generating diabetic etinopathy.
