摘要
无敌药酒经预试测不出LD_(50),故测其一日最大耐受量,以了解其毒性情况,结果表明,小白鼠口服的最大耐受量是32g生药/kg/日,相当于拟用临床剂量的200倍。长期毒性试验结果表明,无敌药酒在8g生药/kg/日的高剂量下,连用30天对大白鼠均未产生任何毒副反应,也未观察到药物对大白鼠重要脏器及肝肾功能的明显影响。
The oral intake of total alkaloids of papaver Nudicaule (TAPN) in mice. Mice writhing responce, hot plate test and electricity stimulating method were used to study the analgesic effect of TAPN. The experimental results showed that TAPN has a dose - related analgesic effect and this effect isn' t antaganiged by naloxone. It shows that analgesic effect of TAPN has nothing to do with morphine receptor. The mean effective dose (ED50) of analgesic effect of TAPN. is 24.7mg·kg-1.
