摘要
本文比较研究了新一代人工牛黄、老人工牛黄和天然牛黄对呼吸系统的影响.结果显示:麻醉猫灌胃给药2g/kg,给药后观察120min,正常家兔静脉给药5mg/kg和15mg/kg,给药后观察15min,对呼吸频率和呼吸深度均无明显影响.在Ach所致高体豚鼠气管痉挛时,新一代人工牛黄Ⅰ有明显解痉作用.小鼠酚红法实验发现:各种牛黄灌胃0.3 g/kg和1.0g/kg时均有明显祛痰作用.二氧化硫引咳实验显示,仅有灌胃1g/kg的天然牛黄有明显镇咳作用.
In this paper the compare effects of new and old artificial Niuhuangs with natural Ni-uhuangs on respiratory system are reported. The results showed no apparent effects on respiratory frequency and depth until 120 min ig 2 g/kg dose to anesthetized cats, 15 min iv 5 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg to normal rabbits. New artificial Niuhuang I has apparent anticramps action on cramps induced by Ach in isolated broch of guinea pig. We have found that these Niuhuangs have obvious expectorant action using phenal red method in mice. The experiment of cough induced by SO2 showed that only natural Niuhuang at ig 1 g/kg has apparent antitussive action.
