摘要 The contents of Met-enkephalin(MEK)andLeu-enkephalin(LEK)in striatum and MEK in hypo-thalamus of rat increased markedly after electroacu-puncture analgesia(EAA).Intraperitoneal injec-tion of phentolamine,a blocker of a receptor,po-tentiated the EAA and abolished the effects of EAincreasing MEK and LEK contents;while injectionof propranolol,a blocker of β receptor, partially in-hibited the EAA,as well as abolished the effects ofEA increasing MEK and LEK concentrations in thestriatum and the hypothalamus, and also elevatedthe MEK and LEK contents in hippocampus andMEK level in cortex. The results indicate that EA regulates metabo-lism of MEK and LEK,as well as EAA partiallyvia α and β receptors.
